At FOCO, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fan gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official sports licensing tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
